About this trail
📍 About this Trail
Some desert tracks have a landmark that helps you understand where you are.
Pylon Gatch is one of those Liwa desert tracks.
The route takes you through open desert terrain, with long stretches of sand and tracks connecting different parts of the Liwa landscape.
For us, it was less about reaching a specific attraction and more about following the route and experiencing the changing dunes.
The wide-open landscape makes this a great route for an overlanding convoy.
